Refund Policy

 

Fresh local food is different than what you find at the typical grocery store. Our products are top quality and farm fresh! With fresh food, you may experience a 5-10% loss for an order. If you find more than 10% of your product unusable, please contact the POP Market Manager at karla@farmerfoodshare.org ASAP so that we can replace the product or issue a store credit. 

Our produce has a guaranteed shelf life of 3-5 days, depending on the product (berries naturally have a short shelf life but sweet potatoes can last for months). If more than 10% of your product spoils within 3-5 days of delivery, please contact the POP Market Manager at karla@farmerfoodshare.org ASAP so that we can replace the product or issue a store credit.
